• 수업은 모든 레벨의 학생들에게 오픈되어 있으며, 강사는 각 학생의 레벨에 따라 수업을 진행합니다.

• 수업 신청 후 1-2일 후에 수업 등록이 완료되며, 수업 재료 리스트를 이메일로 보내드립니다.

상황/여건에 따라 사전 안내 없이 강사 또는 프로그램 내용이 변경될 수 있습니다. 일부 프로그램 및 클래스에는 특정 요구 사항 및 정책이 있을 수 있습니다. 자세한 사항은 그린애플 아트센터에 연락 주십시오.

수업료

수업 등록시 수업료가 전액 지불되어야 하며, 결제는 현금, 체크, 비자, 마스터, 아메리칸 익스프레스를 이용해주시기 바랍니다. 체크 지불시 체크가 반환될 경우 $25불의 수수료가 적용됩니다. 체크로 지불시 Pay to the order of 란에 “M Pollio Education Inc”를 기재하여 주십시오.

클래스 캔슬 정책

그린애플 아트센터는 최소 수강생 인원을 충족하지 않는 수업을 취소할 수 있으며, 수업 시작일로부터 최대 10일전에 1~3명의 수강생이 등록되어 있는 강의는 취소할 수 있습니다. 대부분의 경우, 수업 취소는 시작일로부터 1~2주 전에 이루어지며 수강생들은 전화와 이메일을 통해 연락받게됩니다. 인원 수를 채우지 못해 취소된 수업의 수강생들은 다른 수업으로 옮길 수 있습니다. 등록인원이 3-4명인 수업의 경우 취소 결정 전까지 최대 2주 동안 수업이 진행되며, 남은 수업은 다른 수업으로 옮겨집니다. 강사의 부재 혹은 날씨로 인해 부득이 하게 수업이 취소될시, 보충 수업을 진행하며, 그린애플 아트센터에서 보충 수업을 잡을 수 없는 경우 모든 수강생에게 취소된 해당 수업에 한하여 환불이 제공됩니다.개인의 스케줄 혹은 부재로 인해 수업에 참석하지 못하는 수강생은 환불이나 보충수업을 받을 수 없습니다.

Program Changes

Instructors or program content may change at Green Apple Art Centre’s discretion, without notice. Some programs and classes may have specific requirements and policies. Please contact us for details.

Fees

Applicable program fees must be paid in full upon registration. A charge of $25 will apply to returned cheques. Payment can be made by cheque, cash, VISA, American Express, or MasterCard. For cheque payments, please write “M. Pollio Education Group Inc” in pay to the order of section. 

Class Cancellation Policy

Green Apple Art Centre reserves the right to cancel classes that do not meet minimum enrollment and will cancel classes with an enrollment of 1–3 students up to 10 days prior to the program’s scheduled start date. Minimum enrollment numbers depend on studio capacity. Under most circumstances, cancellations will happen one week prior to the start date, and students will be notified via phone and email. Students from cancelled classes may be transferred to another class for free of charge. For classes with three or four enrollments, classes will run for up to two weeks before a cancellation decision. A pro-rated refund will be issued. Green Apple Art Centre will strive to provide a substitute rather than cancel a class in the event of instructor illness. In the case of such a cancellation, a replacement attendance date is scheduled. No refund or make up is eligible for students who miss class.
